Cajun Dirty Rice Recipe With Ground Beef

Servings: 4 servings
- 2 cups rice uncooked
- i lb footing beef
- 2 onions
- 2 carrots
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 can 15 oz green peas, tuckered
- 1 can 15 oz tomato sauce
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt

Cook the rice according to package directions (I always use the rice cooker). While the rice is cooking, move on to the next footstep.

Peel the onions, and chop them into minor pieces.

Pare the carrots and shred them in the food processor using the top disk shredder blade.

Mince the garlic and set aside.

Estrus 1/2 tbsp of oil in a big non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add shredded carrots and melt, stirring periodically, for 5 minutes. Remove the carrots from the frying pan into a bowl.
